Reece worked as a field producer and cinematographer on National Geographic’s The First Wave, a feature-length documentary chronicling the early days of the Coronavirus pandemic as it unfolded in New York City in the Spring of 2020. Reece received an Emmy award for his role as field producer in the film’s win for Best Documentary 2022.
